SO EXPANDING THAT WORKFORCE PARTICIPATION RATE IS CRITICAL TO EXPANDING OUR ECONOMY IN THE UPSTATE. AUBREY: THE LAW WAS PASSED AT THE END OF JUNE, AFTER DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS IN BOTH CHAMBERS OVERRODE THE GOVERNOR’S VETO.
