There's gonna be plenty of hot air to go around this weekend in Bowman Field, the seventh annual Adam Matthews Balloon Festival kicked off with a $10,000 Herron hound raise just one of three races and many events scheduled through Sunday. We're gonna have a balloon glow on Friday and Saturday night. We're having live concerts after the glows on both nights, revving racist Saturday and Sunday morning. All day. Saturday. We've Got a Kid's Fund Centre is well on Friday night. It's all free admission free the concerts free Theo spectacle of 100 balloons, taking often once free admission and plenty of kids activities along with opportunities toe right along. Or certainly a few of the reasons. Over 120,000 are expected to attend the festival over its three day run, but as usual, it's the prize money that brings out the competitors. There's 10,000 morning, 20,000 mall morning in 10,000 Sunday morning, right? Oh, no, this is a lot of these guys come from outcast lives. 100 blames because they're here to compete for money. Several charities have benefited from the festival since its inception, and this year all proceeds from the parking fee will go to one of Adam Matthews foundations. Favorite causes The restoration of the famous Louisville clock. We're about 3/4 of the way done.
