YOU CAN USE SEA SALT OR ANYTHING YOU WANT, AND THE SALMON DISH IS JUST SALMON WITH DIJ MUSTARD ON TOP, FRESH DILL, I PUT SOM GOAT CHEESE, AND LOOK AT THIS. KRISTEN: THAT IS BEAUTIFUL.
